Planning where to eat during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation may not seem like a big deal, but with so many delicious options, it is easy to obsess over this! While some treats are found in every park, others are unique to each theme park. To eliminate overwhelm, let’s just focus on Magic Kingdom Theme Park. What are the best snacks in Magic Kingdom? From sugary treats to soft pretzels, you will not go hungry! The hardest part is deciding what to order! While it was VERY hard to narrow this list down, here are our top five must-get snacks at Magic Kingdom Theme Park. Dole Whip
Where to find it: Aloha Isle in Adventureland The Dole Whip is a pineapple soft-serve that is oh-so-refreshing on a warm Disney day. There are also several variations of this sweet treat! In addition to enjoying the Dole Whip in a soft-serve cup, you can try it as a float in pineapple juice. You will often find specialty flavors too (such as raspberry!). FYI: Dole Whip is dairy-free, so you’ll be able to enjoy it even if you have a dairy-free diet. Cheeseburger Spring Roll Where to find it: The Spring Roll Cart in Adventureland There is an unsuspecting snack cart located at the entrance to Adventureland with the most savory and satisfying goodies. Imagine a delicious cheeseburger all rolled up into a fried roll of deliciousness. You’ll also receive some dipping sauces, but with or without the sauce, this snack is so satisfying. Sweet-and-Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich Where to find it: Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in Liberty Square OK – maybe this is more like a meal, but we had to include it. This sandwich is anchored with deep-fried battered chicken, slathered with a sweet and spicy sauce (oh yes!), topped with crunchy coleslaw, and then placed in a freshly-made waffle as the bun! Sleepy Hollow Refreshments also offers Fruit and Nutella Waffle Sandwich if you are looking for something more on the sweet side of the spectrum! Warm Cinnamon Roll Where to find it: Gaston’s Tavern in Fantasyland It’s hard to think of a better start to your Magic Kingdom day than a warm cinnamon roll the size of your head. This is a snack you could share – or just keep to yourself – no judgment. It is drizzled with gooey, sweet icing and practically melts in your mouth. Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Bar Where to find it: Various Locations How could we not include this iconic snack? All around Magic Kingdom Theme Park, you’ll find carts selling ice cream treats. The most popular treat is a Mickey-shaped ice cream bar which vanilla ice cream coated in milk chocolate. It is cool, refreshing, and delightful. After all, doesn’t everything taste better when it is Mickey-shaped? We provide our clients with snack and meal recommendations by theme park in their daily itineraries.
