The room was spacious and modern, with upscale finishes and a soaking tub right on the balcony—ideal for relaxing with an ocean breeze. Guests in the Preferred Club enjoy extra perks like access to exclusive lounges and pools, plus enhanced in-room amenities.

All-Inclusive Done Right

This is a true all-inclusive resort, with gourmet meals, premium drinks, room service, and daily activities all included. The quality of food and service set Secrets Moxché apart from many other resorts.  


Dining That Impresses

During my stay, I dined at several of the resort’s restaurants, including Mexican, Japanese, and Italian cuisine. Each had standout dishes, but the Italian restaurant was a clear favorite. The pizza dough and pasta noodles were made from scratch daily, and the Fettuccine Alfredo was especially memorable—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced.  Not only was the food fantastic, but the service was as well.  Every interaction we had with the serving team made our experience even more enjoyable.  


Pools and Grounds That Feel Like Paradise

The resort is beautifully designed, with lush tropical landscaping and secluded cenote-inspired pools that create private, tranquil spaces throughout the property. The Preferred Club rooftop pool was a particular highlight—quiet, luxurious, and ideal for sunbathing or sipping cocktails with a view.

We spent time at the pools and the beach during our visit. Some pools were quiet and relaxing - and some pools had music and a party vibe.  Guests could definitely find the type of vacation they wanted!  

I enjoyed time listening to the waves as I read a book under a palapa (thatched umbrella).  The beach service was very attentive and we were treated like royalty!

Marquesita at Secrets Moxche

A Sweet Surprise: Marquesitas

Each evening, a cart serving marquesitas made an appearance near the plaza. For those unfamiliar, a marquesita is a traditional Yucatán dessert—a thin, rolled crepe filled with both sweet and savory ingredients. The classic version we tried included Nutella, strawberries, and Dutch (Holland) cheese. It was a warm, crispy, melty treat that felt like a little taste of local culture.
